Every town below has its own page, not because the marketing calls for it, but because the right window treatment genuinely differs between a Manitou Springs Victorian and a new build in Castle Rock.

Colorado Springs
Our showroom is on Jet Stream Drive in the north of the city
Colorado Springs is home. We have measured and installed in nearly every neighbourhood in the city since 2003, from 1890s Victorians on the west side to houses that were still framed lumber last month on the north end. That range is why we do not sell one product for every window.
Monument
About 15 minutes north of our Jet Stream Drive showroom
Monument is one of our busiest service areas outside the city, and it is close enough to our showroom that we are there constantly. It is also a place where the standard advice needs adjusting, the elevation, the wind and the housing stock all push the specification in a particular direction.
Castle Rock
About 35 minutes north up I-25
Castle Rock has grown faster than almost anywhere on the Front Range, and most of what we work on there is newer construction, which brings a fairly consistent set of window problems, and a fairly consistent set of good answers.
Parker
About 50 minutes north, and a regular route for our installers
Parker is the furthest north we regularly work, and shutters are what most people call us about. The housing stock suits them: larger homes, generous window openings, and a lot of specialty shapes that a blind simply cannot handle well.
Black Forest
About 20 minutes northeast of our showroom
Black Forest properties do not behave like suburban ones. Larger lots, heavy ponderosa cover in places and none at all in others, custom homes of every vintage, and a set of considerations that came out of the 2013 fire and never went away.
Palmer Lake
About 20 minutes north, just off I-25
Palmer Lake is a small town with an unusually varied housing stock: turn-of-the-century cottages near the lake, mid-century cabins on the slope, and newer custom homes higher up. It is also one of the coldest places we regularly work, which shapes what we recommend.
Larkspur
About 30 minutes north on I-25
Larkspur is rural, wooded and high, with properties spread across large lots on the Palmer Divide. Most of what we do here is custom homes with large windows, real winter heating loads, and views that the owners have no intention of covering up.
Woodland Park
About 40 minutes west up Ute Pass
Woodland Park sits at 8,465 feet, which makes it the highest place we regularly work and the one where the climate most clearly dictates the specification. Everything we recommend up here is shaped by two facts: it is genuinely cold, and the ultraviolet is fierce.
Peyton
About 25 minutes east of our showroom
Peyton sits out on the eastern plains, and the conditions there are the opposite of the forested foothills. Almost no natural shade, wide open exposure to sun and wind, and long uninterrupted sightlines. It changes what works.
Manitou Springs
About 20 minutes west of our showroom
Manitou Springs is the most architecturally interesting place we work and the most technically demanding. Victorian and Craftsman housing built into a canyon, on lots that are anything but flat, with windows that were made before standard sizes existed.
